What we can add to your water heater to protect it and increase efficiency.
A water heater expansion tank, also known as a thermal expansion tank, is a small overflow tank that compensates for the thermal expansion of water inside a water heater. As the temperature of water increases, the water expands. Without relief, the pressure inside the water heater will increase, causing damage to valves, plumbing, or the water heater itself.
Never wait for hot water again; The Watts Hot Water Recirculating Pump provides hot water at every faucet or shower when needed, eliminating wasted water.
A Thermal Expansion Relief Valve eliminates the need for an expansion tank, shut-off valve and fitting. Features a pressure-only safety relief valve designed to protect hot water supply systems where high pressure conditions are likely to occur as a result of thermal expansion.
